About

The RSE Scotland Foundation's primary objectives include advancing and promoting the education and greater understanding of the public in Scotland in science, engineering and technology as well as preserving and conserving the architectural, scientific and cultural heritage of Scotland. In fulfilling these aims, during the year the Foundation has: • Published two learned journals. • Managed the assets of the Caledonian Research Foundation Fund, to fund appointments under the research awards schemes. • Rented surplus space to provide income to support charitable activities. The Foundation publishes two journals, Earth and Environmental Science Transactions of the Royal Society of Edinburgh (EESTRSE) and Proceedings of the Royal Society of Edinburgh, Section A: Mathematics (Proceedings A), on behalf of the RSE.
