It is to relieve the needs of persons in NE Fife who suffer from blindness or visual impairment, and in particular to make provision for their social welfare, by holding meetings, generally weekly, in various locations in or near St. Andrews, with guest speakers, singers or musicians, and games or other entertainments, with tea and light snacks provided.
