About

LGBT Youth Scotland’s mission is to support LGBTQ+ young people aged 13-25 to flourish and thrive. reaching their full potential in life, work and education. LGBTQ+ young people face unique barriers to being safe, healthy and happy. The Charity works to break down these barriers, providing specialised services for LGBTQ+ young people. We create safer spaces aimed at reducing isolation, improving wellbeing and supporting young people to positive destinations. We do this through youth groups, 1:1 coaching, outreach, participation opportunities, education and online support.   Our LGBT Charter is our equality accreditation programme which aims to make the places young people live, learn and work, safer and more inclusive. Through these steps, we hope to make Scotland a better place, giving all lGBTQ+ young people a fair chance at a positive future.
