Any funds at the disposal of the Trustees are used for charitable purposes and primarily for benefit of the people of Ayrshire or to charitable bodies carrying out work or established there, but to be earmarked for the use in Ayrshire. The charity continues to consider and make donations to local organisations in accordance with the charitable purposes.
