B Healthy Together

About

B healthy together is a community-led health project in Southwest Edinburgh. We aim to improve health and wellbeing mainly within the communities of Broomhouse, Sighthill, and Parkhead, three of the most disadvantaged areas of Edinburgh and Scotland. By providing various social health activities, we focus on how health is affected by everyday life and is as much about the quality of a person’s emotional and social situation as about their experience of disease or disability. We aim to increase confidence and skills, reduce social isolation, and empower our community to take steps that positively impact their health and wellbeing.
