About

The charity was set up to promote the welfare of elderly persons in St Andrews and the surrounding area and recent developments have been around supporting the mental health and wellbeing of the older person. Work continues with those with dementia and new activities are held to alleviate loneliness and anxiety by organising a range of inclusive activites from walks, cinema clubs, games afternoons or lunches.
