Cairns is an independent charitable organisation who provide a space where people can talk to a counsellor about the difficulties they are facing in life with no fear of being judged. Cairns relies on donations and the support of charitable trusts to raise enough to run the service. They are a donation based service and encourage those who can afford to contribute to their sessions to donate directly to Cairns Counselling.
