Working with communities, the voices of lived experience and partner groups, co design, develop and provide and share materials and deliver workshops which support mental health and alleviate mental distress including attendance at community events and building capacity for others to be aware of and share the materials on our website. Working with others we seek to weave between pieces of work to find ways together to address the many challenges facing people and communities today.
