Providing benefits advice is still the largest proportion of our work. We assist service users in applying for benefits with face to face appointments at our Bridge of Don office, and making home visits where necessary. We also operate a social group to help service users to build social connections and confidence while tackling isolation and lonliness. Social group sessions take place at our Bridge of Don office and online for users that cannot attend. We have also provided feedback to local government and local groups on how they can best meet the needs of those with disabilities.
