We support people with severe mental health conditions to better self-manage those conditions and prepare for, enter and sustain paid employment (or other meaningful activities such as volunteering or further education). We also deliver volunteering and employability opportunities to adults facing other disadvantages to the labour market. We are in the final year of a heritage restoration project which will culminate in owning a redeveloped B-listed former flax mill, removing it from the buildings at risk register and developing enterprising activities to generate an income for the charity.
