The Strategies employed to achieve the Charity's aims and objectives are to: Schedule A • The General Programme shall be to introduce a basic Buddhist view, meditation and action. • The Foundation Programme provides an opportunity to deepen our understanding and experience of Buddhism through the systematic study of Buddhist texts. • The Teacher Training Programme provides a more extensive presentation of Mahayana Buddhism and enables students to train as qualified New Kadampa Tradition teachers. The charity at present runs General Programme branch and centre classes, Saturday half day courses, Foundation Programme continue, also external business classes. Where we are now holding meditation classes, pujas, day courses and retreats. Over the coming months we will be look-ing to increase our branch meditation classes, throughout Dumfries & Galloway.
