The Trustees are directed to distribute the Trust Fund at such time or times and in such amounts as they may determine in their sole discretion for such charitable purposes only. The Charity awards grants to eligible institutions ranging from £50 to £3,000 (exceptionally the charity may award a greater sum). The grants are intended to help these institutions provide tangible benefits to such beneficiary groups as the Trustees may deem appropriate. The Trustees maintain an endowment fund with the income used to make these awards.
