About

Stirling Carers Centre supports unpaid Carers across the Stirling Council area. Our mission is to ensure Carers—those caring for family or friends due to illness, disability, age, mental health or addiction—are recognised, valued, and supported. Established in 1991, we provide free, confidential, and impartial services including advice, benefits support, Carer Support Plans, emotional support, and respite opportunities. We work with Carers aged 7+, offering tailored services for young, young adult, and adult Carers. Our person-centred approach ensures support is responsive and empowering. We collaborate with local agencies to raise awareness and improve access, helping Carers maintain their wellbeing while continuing in their caring roles.
