The company’s objects are specifically restricted to the following: The company has been formed to promote the benefit of the public within Dunbeath and District (East Caithness geographical area) by: i)Promoting the welfare of older people by being more inclusive, encouraging health and wellbeing and actively being more socially inclusive. ii)The relief of those in need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage. iii)The enhancement of quality of life, including supporting older people to stay in their own homes for as long as possible. iv)The advancement of education. v)The advancement of health. vi)The saving of lives. vii)The advancement of citizenship or community development. viii)The provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended. ix)Such other similar charitable purpos
