The purpose of the charity is the advancement of religion - the provision of regular weekly services both for Balerno Parish Church and jointly with our linked church, Currie Kirk, with whom we are shortly to form a union. Our premises (halls and church) are used mainly by our community cafe (Mill Cafe) , after school clubs, dance groups and a tuition group. Also, groups of church members use the premises for their regular meetings. Bible studies and prayer meetings are available as are a variety of social evenings where often supper is provided for a nominal charge. There are two choral groups in addition to the regular church choir, all of who provide musical entertainment. Our Pastoral Care Teams provide service to people who are unable to attend church. All services are recorded via Utube and are freely available each sunday.
