We ensure that individuals do not suffer through ignorance of their rights and responsibilities, the services available to them. or through an inability to express their needs. We provide a free confidential holistic advice service to our clients many of whom are in poverty, living in isolation, homeless or elderly and disabled. We aim to reach the hardest to help clients by undertaking home visits to housebound, disabled and cancer clients as well as offering face to face and telephone appointments to all clients as well as a drop in facility 5 days a week at our bureau. This is all done in conjunction with several outreaches to ensure that the local community has full access to our advice and support services.
