The charity rents out flats for those who need them at preferredent rates and subsidises such occupancy by, for exampe, meeting the factoring fees/management costs, or assist those who need it financially to stay in their own homes. The charity aids the vulnerable, ill, disabled, by providing grants to individuals or caritable organisations who assist them
