To provide a programme of leisure and support activities to provide for the needs of the surrounding community. This covers from babies to senior citizens, Kirkcaldy Foodbank are based in the centre along with Polish School, Chest Heart and Stroke, Family Contact, Youth Clubs to name a few groups. The Board are local people elected at the AGM and the centre has a CEO with over 29 years of experience and four part time staff. Grants are sourced to run various groups/lunch club which then employs sessional staff. The centre is celebrating 60 years next year in the Heart of the Community.
