About

The objects of the Company (the “Charitable Purposes') are to advance community development, education, heritage and culture in relation to agriculture in the County of Perth by all means of: 3.1.1 an annual show of livestock together with agricultural products and other matters relating to, and showcasing, agricultural, equestrian and/or rural skills, resources and husbandry in order to promote and protect the interests of rural Scotland and Scottish agriculture. and 3.1.2 any such other matters connected to advancing the Charitable Purposes in relation to agriculture and the promotion of the interests of the members and the public at large as may be approved from time to time at a General Meeting or by the Directors.
