The Village Hall is owned by Aberdeenshire Council and leased to Kemnay Village Hall. The Hall now operates as a SIO (SC047745) however the Council still has not reassigned the lease - but the Trustees of the SCIO are actively considering a Community Asset Transfer, at which time this very inactive charity which has no assets and does no business can be wound up.
