The aims and objectives of the Association shall be to be of service to the Church in Scotland through: - a) The promotion and maintenance of ringing of bells for Christian worship and at other times and occasions as appropriate. b) The encouragement of the art of change ringing. c) The provision of instruction and tuition in the art of change ringing. d) The improvement in the standards of change ringing. e) The care and restoration of bells and their fittings.
