The charity is set up for the advancement of the Roman Catholic religion. This is done through the daily masses held at the Churches of the Diocese. The advancement of education is done through the attendance of priests at Catholic schools and providing funds for student priests to complete their studies. The relief of poverty is done by the churches having collections etc which are given to various local charities.
