The Aim of North Lanarkshire Guides Association is to help girls and young women develop emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually, so that they can make a positive contribution to their community and the wider world, according to the principles of the Association and to facilitate Girlguiding for girls and young women in North Lanarkshire
