The Officers' Association Scotland (OAS) is dedicated to supporting service leavers and former officers of the armed forces and their families across Scotland. Our primary mission is to assist individuals in their transition to civilian life by providing tailored career advice, employment support, and professional development opportunities. We offer a range of services, including one-on-one coaching, training workshops, mentoring and networking events, helping ex-officers leverage their skills and experiences in the job market. Additionally, we facilitate connections with employers seeking to hire veterans, promoting a smoother integration into civilian roles. Beyond career support, OAS also provides financial support to officers and their families, offering assistance in times of need. We also provide organisational grants to support veterans’ charities across Scotland, enhancing the overall welfare of the veteran community.
