To advance education, provide and assist with facilities for recreation and other leisure time in the interest of social welfare, improving the conditions of life of themembers of the community in the area. Cooperate with the council and councillors to determine policy re general arrangements and maintenance of th Centre. Consult wth organisations and groups representing community or recreational interests. Raise funds for specific purposes.
