The hall is to be used for meetings, lectures and classes and for other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants. The expenses of creating and administering the Trust, and any tax payable on relation the Trust, shall be met in priority to all other payments and transfers of assets out of the Trust Property.
