Visibility Scotland supports over 3,000 blind and vision-impaired people each year with a range of services. Our Vision Vision impairment or blindness is understood and is no longer a barrier to participation in society. Our Mission Pioneering and delivering services to improve outcomes for vision-impaired and blind people. Our services follow the self-management framework and are designed to complement and enrich health and social care services in tandem with community led projects. Our services reduce feelings of loneliness, isolation, dependency and loss of identity for blind and vision-impaired people through support, education and empowerment
