Aberdeen Citizens Advice Bureau
✓ Registered charity · SC009674About
The aims of our Citizens Advice Bureau are: • To ensure that individuals do not suffer through lack of knowledge of their rights and responsibilities of the services available to them, or through an inability to express their needs effectively. • To exercise a responsible influence on the development of social policies, both locally and nationally. The service is independent and provides free, confidential, effective and impartial advice which is accessible to everybody regardless of age, race, gender, religion, disability or sexual orientation. The main objectives and activities for the year continued to focus on the giving of advice, empowering clients to solve their issues and acting as advocates or negotiators for those more vulnerable clients.
