Dr John Anderson's Will Trust

The Trust is constituted by the Last Will and Testament of the Late Dr John Anderson. The Will allows the Trustees to make annual payments and grants to the Scottish Episcopalian Church and special grants for pious uses decided by the Trustees. The Trust makes annual grants to the Episcopalian Diocese of Aberdeen and Orkney towards projects nominated by the Diocese, to a Sunday School and Clergy nominated by the Diocese, to the needy in the Parishes of Chapel of Garioch and Kemnay and to other Episcopalian Diocese projects at the discretion of the Trustees. The Trust holds property and financial investments, the net income from which is distributed annually in accordance with the terms of the Will.
