The objective of the charity is to promote the health and wellbeing of older people in Glenrothes and its surrounding areas. This is achieved through the provision of day sessions, and help to stay at home and befriending community based services. Later Life Choices Glenrothes is committed to providing therapeutic activities for older people living with dementia and respite for carers. The services delivered endeavour to promote an independent lifestyle, reduce social isolation and improve confidence.
