We are a part of the wider denomination of the Church of Scotland which is the national Church and are therefore a part of the Reformed Christian Tradition so we are missioned to promote the Christian Faith within that framework by means of public worship, and by supporting the spiritual needs of our congregation and parish by pastoral work through our Minister as well as the voluntary work of our Kirk Session which is made up of elders. Each elder is assigned a small geographical district where members of the congregation live and they give spiritual and pastoral support to them. We open up our facilities to other Christian groups for their purposes and to groups such as the Scouts and Brownies. We also have our own groups which are open to the community such as our Honesty Cafe and Keep Fit Group.
