About

The Trust purposes shall be to preserve and improve the amenity of the City and Royal Burgh of Elgin and its immediate neighbourhood and property for the benefit of the community of the said City and Royal Burgh at large and to encourage and improve local interest in preserving features of historical, archaeological, artistic or amenity value of the said City and Royal Burgh of Elgin, for such purposes as the law regards as charitable.
