The trust is an unincorporated trust, constituted under a trust deed dated 20 May 1975. The trust was created for the benefit of the following:- 1 Any charity, charitable institution or institutions. 2 Any needy person who has been continuously employed for one year by GJ Ward or his descendants. 3 Any needy person who is the wife, husband, widow or widower, child or remoter issue of any person listed under 2. 4 Any needy person who is and has been resident for one year in Hungerford and district.
