The free annual income of the Trust shall be paid to the University Court of the University of St Andrews for the provision of a post-graduate scholarship which shall be awarded at the discretion of the Bursaries and Schools Committee of the said University or such succeeding committee thereof as may deal with the provision of the post-graduate scholarships
