The criteria of the Bequest is: necessitous women connected by birth, upbringing, or residence within the County of Angus or the City of Glasgow. Grants are given in alternate years to Angus Women's Aid and the CrossReach Church of Scotland Bluebell Post Natal Depression Service in Glasgow.
