The trust manages a portfolio of which the funds and income are applied for such charitable purposes as they think fit, including relief of poverty, preservation of wildlife, preservation and renewal of buildings and other items of national or historic interest, the assistance of archaeological excavation in Great Britain or Cyprus, the advancement of health and education, the assistance of disabled people, the encouragement of the fine arts and the advancement of Christian religion.
