To provide day care for the socially isolated and often housebound elderly in our community. We provide transport, meals, activities, advice and advocacy. We work alongside health and social work colleagues to ensure individual needs are identified and supported. When a person is attending for day care we in turn provide respite for those caring for them. Those who attend do so between one and three days a week depending on their needs. We fully integrate those living with dementia.
