The Charity's objectives are to carry on for the benefit of the community the provision and management for the relief and care of elderly persons of all classes suffering from the disabilities of old age or otherwise being in need of housing for letting. The charity meets these objectives by the provision of very sheltered housing and care at home with a small housing support service in the town. The service provides staffing and food in a homely environment whereby the tenants are able to make choices throughout the day that improve their sense of safety, independence and general well-being.
