Capital Charitable Trust

All benefactions are to be retained as capital and the income is to distributed at the Trustees' discretion to charitable institutions or bodies and committees carrying on charitable work in Great Britain or to individuals who, in the opinion of the Trustees, are deserving of financial assistance on the grounds of poverty. The Trustees have uncontrolled discretion to invest the funds of the Trust.
