To advance education and provide or assist in the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure-time occupation, where such provision or assistance is provision is: a) is in the interest of Social Welfare b) Made with object of improving conditions of life of members of community c) and for those purposes to associate with the Council, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in the community b) provide a wide range of classes/courses/and health groups for adults, children, elderly and isolated adults and families d) a safe environment for all to relax and enjoy being part of the community e) hold free and heavily subsidised Easter and Summer programmes for children and families f) provide English speaking/resettlement classes for refugees/immigrants g) provision of activities for adults, senior citizens, Disabled and vulnerable adults and families and youth
