About

To promote the use of the Barvas and Brue Community Centre for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Barvas and Brue area without distinction of sex or of political, religious or other opinions, by associating with local authorities such as The Community Council, Voluntary Organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare, recreation and other leisure-time occupation with the object of improving conditions of life for the said inhabitants. To also secure the establishment, maintenance and management of the centre for activities promoted by the committee and its constituent bodies in furtherance of the above subjects.
