Queen's Park Govanhill as part of The Church of Scotland exists to glorify God and to work for the advancement of Christ’s Kingdom throughout the world., it acknowledges a distinctive call and duty to bring the ordinances of religion to the people in it's parish through a territorial ministry. It cooperates with other Churches in various ecumenical bodies in Scotland and beyond. Club 170 continued serving free food to the homeless and needy people in the community in the Gateway Hall. The foodbank continued to provide food to those unable to afford to buy food basics for themselves and their families. The Minister and Members of John Ross Memorial Church for the Deaf continued with services in the Gateway Hall twice a month, on the first and third Sundays of the month. During 2024 the congregation of John Ross Memorial joined the congregation of Queen’s Park Govanhill to share communion services
