To advance the arts, by (a) establishing, managing and maintaining studio and workshop facilities for artists in Scotland (b) encouraging the cross-fertilisation of ideas among artists occupying the facilities managed by the company and (c) promoting public interest in, and appreciation of, the arts. and in each case, being empowered to do so either directly or by providing financial and/or other support to charities (including, without limitation, WASPS Trust) which further any of the above aims.
