The purpose of the Federation is to assist Village and Community Halls in the Peeblesshire area to co-ordinate their activities. to represent them in their relationship with Local Authorities, statutory bodies and other Federations and administer the grant funding delegated to them and using a standard Border wide process, to those halls most in need.
