For the benefit or in furtherance of such purposes or such institutions, foundations, bodies or trusts as the law regards as charitable in such manner and in such amounts and proportions and upon such terms and conditions as the Trustees may from time to time in their sole and absolute discretion determine and decide providing always that such terms and conditions are not inconsistent with the Trust purposes and providing that the Trustees shall not accumulate the free income or annual produce of the trust estate in whole or in part at any time after the expiry of twenty one years from the date of these presents.
