About

The Scottish Gaelic Text Society's main activities are focused on the publication of scholarly editions of Scottish Gaelic texts and, more generally, the furthering of knowledge relating to Scottish Gaelic texts over the centuries. While the Scottish Gaelic Texts Society's activities continue to be constrained to an extent by workload pressures on our editors and our office bearers, many of whom occupy university positions, work has continued, albeit at a slower pace than in recent years.
