The Residuary of St John Scotland

The Charity is a legacy from the Incorporation of The Priory of Scotland into St John Scotland (SC047485) in 2017. The Charity has the same aims and objectives as St John Scotland, as per Section 1 above, but exists largely to capture donations and legacies that are payable only to the 'old' charity (SC00262), in order to help fulfil these aims and objectives. At some point, but most probably not before 2027, it is proposed to wind the charity up. This date may change depending on circumstances.
