FRIENDSHIP ACROSS BORDERS

About

We are a group of volunteer befrienders who visit the women detained in Derwentside IRC; offering friendship, appropriate advice, signposting and support. We provide, Friendship Packs of personal hygiene items , slipper socks, eye masks; ear plugs for new arrivals; clothing; footwear; suitcases; emergency small grants towards telephone credit and essential leaving costs such as food and travel.
