1. to advance, improve, develop and maintain public education in, and appreciation of, the artand science of music in all its aspects, including throughthe presentation of public events2. To provide free and low cost instrumental rental, tuition and guidance to engage and encourage more people of all ages to play a brass instrument in the context of a traditional brass band.
