To help girls and young women (including those who identify as female), especially but not exclusively through dance classes, opportunities for performance in dance, and other such support, so as to develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals and to preserve and protect mental health and wellbeing.
